Work Requested: GMP’s software license allows a maximum of 10 sessions, work stations etc to be running the program at the same time. Depending on the operation system when a user of the program does not logout all the way and shuts their work station down the program task will remain in memory and counting as one of the 10 simultaneous sessions. You can have just one person who shuts down without getting totally out of the program and after while you have used up the 10. With everyone exited out of the program Kevin should do a ctrl alt del look at the tasks in memory and the kill any CSII (acuthin) program task remaining in memory. Rebooting the server may clear memory but I am not sure. |
