Remotely connect to PC. Unable to access any of the network drive. Rebooted the PC and had Agnes login. No issues. Logout and login ad Theresa and max number of CCSI connection was reached. Had someone on the network log off CCSI and user was able to login. Recommended that the PC be shut down at the end of the day.
