| 1 | Remotely checked server and found that godaddy SSL certificate expired in 12/9/2018. Cynthia had renew the certificate in October but failed to inform DSI to rekey the certificate. Cynthia contacted Godaddy to revoke SSL that was purchase in October. Work with Network Solution and NameCheap to add TXT record in order to rekey SSL certificate. Upload new SSL Certificate file to GSY server. Confirmed SSL certificate is operational. |
