troubleshoot panel SN: 75W26-L3HB3N2440246 GDOE asset tag: 59516 The requirements for "Mainboard" re-flash/upgrade: - Computer running Windows or macOS - 8 GB (or higher) USB memory device, formatted to FAT_32 with no other files or folders present on the device - Internet access, to download the firmware file - Disconnect ALL cables (except the power cable) and devices, including computing devices from the ActivPanel Titanium before starting the process.

Jose Rios advised Promethean ActivPanel stuck on Promethean logo. Arrived onsite and noted Promethean Panel is not stuck on logo, instead it is on a black screen. Proceed to follow Promethean KB Article "Software reflash instructions for Nickel Element Series ActivPanels" but Panel does not respond. Try 2 known good USB drives with Promethean firmware and panel still does not respond. Took videos and photos to send back to Promethean support.
