Troubleshoot Dentrix on 1 front desk workstation. Unable to print Dentrix clinic notes. All other reports can print. Reinstall printer. Issue persists. Reinstall Dentrix. Issue persists. Noted that this particular workstation was running slow and show signs of OS corruption. Brought workstation back to DSI to reprep OS. workstation to be delivered and setup at ISA Dental when reprep of OS is completed.
