Check 3CX phone system and confirmed Gateway is up. Check gateway and confirmed PRI status shows active. Reboot Gateway and still no inbound or outbound calls. Contact Gta support and support created ticket# 784132 to troubleshoot GTA PRI circuit. Retsart QuickBooks database server manager and test multi user successfully. Check APC 750 UPS and noted battery voltage is reading properly. UPS error states no battery detected. Check connectors and noted no damage. DSI to provide a quote for a new UPS. repair MS Teams on Corey's laptop.
