Chona advised she rebooted the TRMA Server and now there is an error message stating: Windows Failed to start, the boot selection failed. Advised Chona to remove the USB External HDD from the server and reboot. Server booted up properly. Logged in and restart all Exchange services. Test send and receive emails successfully. Advised Chona to reconnect the USB External HDD back to the server.
