Jay unable to open any software on his laptop. Each time, it redirects to microsoft store. Noted his laptop went to Windows 10 S mode. Turn off Windows 10 S mode and reboot laptop. No error messages present. Test open Google Chrome, Sentinel One, and Outlook with no issues.
