Corey reported that Rodney is not receiving emails on his new email account. Work with Rodney and confirmed previous DSI tech onsite did not setup his email account on the Outlook client on the workstation Rodney was using. Proceed to configure Rodney's email account on his Outlook Client on his workstation. Access Outlook and confirmed emails are present in his inbox from the date the email account was created on (8/15).
