Upgrade Debtmaster to version 11.40 on Server and Workstations. Did not upgrade Debtmaster on Georgette's computer because she does not use Debtmaster. Verified users can log in and access Debtmaster properly. Troubleshoot app server slowness for Debtmaster. Restarted app server and users verified that it runs faster after app server restart. Temporarily disabled Windows updates. Will check Monday (11/20) if problem persists.
