GTA upgraded modem at Cinnabon and internet went down. Arrived onsite and check. Modem is synced properly. Noted network cables were moved and not connected properly. Reconnect network cables properly and confirm POS, POS Server, and Credit Card Machine can communicate with each other and internet. GTA Modem also not configured properly. CCTV System is connected to modem port ETH2 and is set to obtain a DHCP address. ETH2 appears to not be opened or not properly configured by GTA
