Investigate and noted Josh's Macbook is not updated to the latest iOS causing the Apple Store to not load. No Apple ID setup on Macbook. Work with Josh to login her Apple ID. Proceed to start the download of iOS update. Josh will monitor and ensure Macbook is updated. Monica laptop was not brought to site today. Unable to setup her remote access. Separate service scheduled for Thursday (10/10) at 2:00pm. |
