Arrive onsite to troubleshoot printing issues. Noted a post it note taped on printer stating "unable to print until new waste toner received". Spoke to Tim and was advised that the printer issue is due to no waste toner. Tim advised All Star Copier has been contacted already. Sent a separate email to advise Agnes that printing issues due to printer needing a new waste toner.
