Troubleshoot laptop. Emails stuck in Outlook Outbox. noted Outlook showed email account was disconnected. Restart Outlook and confirmed email account shows connected and emails in outbox were sent out. Test reboot several times and confirmed emails shows connected. Issue may be due to Laptop or MS Outlook not being restarted for some time. Laptop to be delivered back to TRMA.
