Troubleshoot Ajera issue using steps provided by Deltek support. Test clickonce plugin successful. Took screenshots. Delete 2.0 folder and proceed to re-download Ajera plugin. Plugin install failed again. Took screenshots. Sent a separate email to Chona to inform of outcome and to provide screenshots to send back to Deltek support.
