New switch installed by Colin not providing IP Addresses to network devices. Removed all network cables on switch and only connected network cable to the server switch and a known good laptop. known good laptop received an IP Address and can access the network properly. Proceed to reconnect network cables from patch panel to switch. Check GSC front office and IMSB and confirmed network is back up and accessible.
