- Logged in to APPSVR and updated Server Debtmaster 360 version to 11.53, tested application opened successfully.
- Updated 6 workstations Debtmaster 360 version to 11.53, tested application opened successfully.
- Troubleshooted front desk Xerox VersaLink B600 printer, IP unreachable. Per Lisa, Xerox replaced the fuser which was causing the ramping fans issue, however did not fix the network issue. Also advised Xerox that we'll be coming to further troubleshoot it.
- Called Xerox Tech Daren at 6714779456 to report findings, advised that NIC or System board might be defective. I advised to either replace the NIC or the whole unit and Lisa is still their POC.
