Summary of Tasks

Eric reported IP Camera NVR has no network connection and IP Camera NVR Vendor advised issue is due to Trednet Router and Switch. Test connect to router, no issues, internet accessible. Test connect to switch, no issues, internet accessible. Showed Eric internet is accessible when known good laptop is connected to both router and switch. Confirmed Erics workstation and IP Phone can access the internet and that they are connected to the same switch the NVR is on. Eric to contact IP Camera vendor to check further.
