- Removed 1 HDD from the 4th rack of the server. Replaced it with a new HDD. Verified lights are active, green and amber, rebuilding data. Advised Lisa to check in 2 hours if the amber light persists. - Lisa advised to put in the other new HDD to the 1st rack of the server. Successfully installed the other new HDD to the 1st rack. Green lights flashed followed by no light, HDD not yet configured for RAID, will be offline storage for now. - Lisa also Advised to replace the old UPS at the front desk. Replaced the front desk UPS with a new UPS. Everything tested and powered on.
