Summary of Tasks

Gail reported Subic unable to access Guam and Saipan network resources while using PLDT. Work with Malou to test. Noted PLDT internet not reporting the correct WAN IP of 124.83.37.139. WAN IP obtained is 162.120.185.29. Guam to Subic VPN Tunnel is down due to this. Test connect to portable wifi and used NetExtender to access Guam and Saipan network resources. after preparing to end remote support session, Malou advised Docomo IP Phone came back up. Check Guam to Subic VPN tunnel and confirmed tunnel is back up. Check Subic network and confirmed correct PLDT WAN IP is now being obtained. Test access Guam and Saipan network resources are accessible on PLDT. Original issue due to PLDT.
