Summary of Tasks

Spoke to Anthony and discuss the slowness issues. Worked with Lynn to troubleshoot the VM server. One of the 600GB SAS HDD failed and array is running in degraded state. Replaced Drive ID 2 with offline SAS HDD from slot 4. System confirmed rebuilding and confirmed a few hours later that all drives are green and optimum state.
