- Verified functionality of the TV itself and HDMI Cable, both are working.
- Linda advised she simply wants to have a laptop connected to the TV using different HDMI ports from the TV and has a USB to HDMI adapter.
- Tested the adapter on all USB ports including C-types, laptop detects the adapter but no signal goes to the TV, tested without the adapter and it displays successfully.
- Advised Linda that if user's bring in their laptop for presentation it needs to have an HDMI port available, they can plug in to the remaining 3 ports but should never remove HDMI 1 port as it is connected to the IPTV box.
