Reinstall Xerox printer on Lori workstation. test print from Dentrix successfully. Troubleshooting OP 7 laptop, no Dentrix connection. Laptop lost network connection. Restore network connection and access Dentrix successfully. Linda advised she is unable to connect to Dentrix on laptop. Advised Linda network needs to be connected to access Dentrix. Connect network and test access to Dentrix successfully
