GTA Internet down. GTA advised their modem is up. Worked with ISA Dental to reboot SonicWALL. Confirmed internet access is back up. Carestream unable to open images. Timeout error. Reboot server and test same issue. Manually restart all Carestream services. Test open images successfully. Test new image capture successful also.
