Check Maglock and REX operation. Maglock does not unlock and REX does not send signal to unlock Maglock. Door reader access also does not unlock Maglock, but door reader detects the RFID card and operates normally. Check and update cabling for Maglock and REX equipment on Access Control panel. Test operation of Maglock and REX and confirmed working properly. Showed Arty. Per Arty, disconnected power to the Maglock. UOG to connect power to the Maglock once they have distributed the access cards to authorized staff.
