1 Royal Orchid Server (DC and File Server) crashed today. Brought server and backup external HDD back to DSI. Unable to repair server, server constantly reboots and is not stable. Connect backup external HDD to another workstation and confirmed Data Backup is present from 2/24/2020. Begin restoration of backup data. Kevin Hsueh

2 Confirmed data restored from Backup External HDD. Install Windows Server Standard 2019 on new server provided by Royal Orchid. Download and install available Windows Updates. Configure Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP Server Roles. Create all user accounts and security groups in Active Directory. Create share folders for server data. DSI to deliver and deploy new server at Royal Orchid on Thursday. Kevin Hsueh
