Summary of Tasks

Troubleshoot one way audio issue at Talafofo location. Perform several tests and one way audio still occurs. Contact Russel at GTA to advise this is a firewall port forwarding issue. Issue only present after GTA deployed MTSB firewall. GTA to troubleshooy further. DSI advised Onward that deploying a 3CX SBC will resolve the MTSB firewall issues of one way audio. Onward to advise if 3CX SBC to be deployed as equipment will be an additional cost.
