3CX management console not accessible. Noted NGIX service stopped. Restart services and confirmed 3CX management console is accessible. Ru hardware test on Aileens workstation and all test passed. Noted Aileen has over 100 google chrome tabs open taking up all system resources. Check event log and confirmed crash error reports all point to google chrome crashing. Workstation hardware is fine.
