Christi reported tollgroup.com advised they are not receiving ambyth.com emails. Check email server and ran a outbound email report for 9/26/2022 to 9/28/2022. Report shows 12 emails sent to tollgroup.com where successfully delivered. Issue is on tollgroup.com email server not allowing ambyth.com emails. Suggested to Christi to have tollgroup.com add ambyth.com to their email filter allowed list. Sent a separate email with a screenshot of the outbound email successful delivery report.
