Gail requested to work with Saipan office on their network as it was down. White Coconut moved Ambyth Saipan to a new office. Work with Benjie remotely to trace equipment and network lines. White Coconut installed a new EdgeMax device which was connected to Docomo internet. SonicWALL firewall and all other network equipment connect to EdgeMax. Worked with Benjie to remove all connections from EdgeMax and reconnect cables to SonicWALL firewall properly. confirmed site to site VPN between Guam and Saipan is up after correcting network cable connections. Confirmed all staff can access internet after correcting network cable connections.
