Half of the office had no network connection on physical network lines. Check server rack and noted cable interconnecting main switch to secondary switch was showing no activity on the network ports. Noted cable became dislodged. Resecure cable and confirmed ports show network activity. Confirmed all users can access network using physical network lines.
