Benjie reported Saipan Xerox printer cannot scan to email. Xerox advised him it is a firewall issue. Confirmed it is not a firewall issue and issue is due to incorrect smtp settings configured on the Xerox machine. Login to the Xerox machine and set correct SMTP settings and test scan to email successfully.
