Worked with Andrew from Xerox Support to troubleshoot remote services upload feature on Xerox VersaLink C505X (SN: 3RB730908) and Xerox VersaLink C400DN (SN: 7HB777766). Per Xerox, firmware on the equipment need to be updated. Proceed to update both VersaLinks to the latest firmware available from Xerox. Confirmed remote services upload feature is operational on both VersaLink after firmware upgrade.
