Summary of Tasks

Remotely connect to Torgun's office laptop to install his home Canon MX922 printer. Unable to install due to insufficient permission for him to install printers. Torgun will contact Guz to get credential to install printer. Used another laptop to add the Canon MX922 printer to wireless network and was able to print successfully. Issue with printer head and needed to be cleaned. Initiated printer head maintenance function to try to clean print head. if it does not work Torgun will remove the printer head and manually clean the heads.
