arrived onsite and checked the network connection and FC port. No physical issues seen and activity light shows green. proceeded to install a brand new optical patch cable provided by the site POC from the server to the switch. called Christopher from Thales to check the connectivity but was advised he is not on call this week and to call the Thales help desk. Called the Thales helpdesk and spoke to Clinton who advised this is a network issue and not under the purview of Thales helpdesk.
The site POC also has no access to check. Also tried to call Carl Smith to advise but was only able to leave a voicemail.
