Arrive onsite at the Judiciary of Guam and connect to Thales MS Teams meeting. Worked with Thales team to physically check all SAN servers, SAN Switches, and SAN Fiber switch. noted no error LEDs present and all health LEDs were fine. Check SAN Server controller A and noted second SFP port has no activity. Reseat fiber and same issue. Tried with a new fiber and same issue. Thales advised to move SFP port 2 from controller B and install on Controller A. Fiber shows active LED light. Per Thales, issue is the original SFP port on Controller A. DSI released from site by Thales. New SFP port to be provided by Thales.
