Check 3CX Phone System as license is not activating. Noted 3CX Phone System is on Version 18 Update 7 (old version) and not able to reach activate.3cx.com. Backup 3CX Phone System and proceed to reinstall with backup image. Version 18 Update 8 installed with backup image and 3CX Phone System is up. Advised Dane that 3CX Phone System updates must be performed. Suggested to have DSI assist or train their IT staff to manage 3CX Phone System.
