Server was stuck and unable to boot up. Nel advised power outage yesterday. Reseat PSUs and powered up server. Run Dell iDrac power management software to recalibrate PSU. server boots up properly. Shutdown server and install new UPS provided by Nel. Reboot server and confirmed staff can access emails and network resources.
