Reconfigure Dave's email account in his outlook client. Confirmed emails are syncing. Test access QuickBooks via VPN connection but connection is extremely slow. Narrowed down issue to JMC's internet connect as it is 7MBps down and 0.5 MBps upload. Dave's connection is 200MBps download and upload. DSI is working with Corey on getting new, upgraded internet. DSI will setup a spare workstation to be used as a terminal server for Dave to access remotely. Delete old mobile devices for Dave's account as he reached the limit of 10 devices.
