Arrived onsite and was advised that no old printer is present. No old printer removed. Unbox new Lexmark printer and connect to network and fax line. Configure Lexmark printer per the settings required on the installation guide. Set printer static IP to: 10.77.227.15. Noted fax line/port is not working. Local POC will work with their telephone carrier. Perform training with local POC. Call John Meyer as instructed and left a voicemail message with site number, printer serial number and printer IP Address.
