Installed Lexmark MX826adxe in executive office in Micronesia Mall Macy's. Moved printer with staple finisher and spare toner and photosensitive drum from docking stage to executive office. Moved printer off of pallet. Macy's staff disposed of pallet and trash. Printed asset report from MX811de, printer to be de-installed. De-installed old printer. Installed new Lexmark MX826adxe according to instructions. Did not set up fax because POC advised their fax does not work. Print and copy test were successful; Could not complete Scan to Email test due to error: Connection failure: <-11> Could not resolve the server address. Also could not use email function due to same error. Could not contact Macy's Tech Help Desk due to time zone difference. Performed basic training on the printer with staff. POC advised they did not need Confidential Print. Removed hard drive from de-installed MX811de and gave to POC. Could not contact Park Place Project team prior to leaving site due to time zone difference.
