ID Badge workstation not accessible via RDC. connect monitor to workstation and log in to check. Noted network shows disconnected. Confirmed network cable is connected. Reboot workstation and network came back up. RDC is operational. Noted adapter settings not showing in network. Advised Ambyth this workstation is showing signs of failure. Ambyth to locate ID Badge software for reinstall. DSI will check if software can be downloaded. Check Michaels workstation and confirmed HR drive is accessible. Issue was Michael was trying to access old HR drive. Reinstall and reconfigure Lou's SonicWALL Global VPN client. test VPN connection using mobile hot spot successfully.
