Unable to contact Ross Support Hotline at (800) 807-1733 due to error saying the number was not set up for receiving calls and to try again later. Unable to contact Phil Messina's office and mobile phone and Taime Grisham's office phone due to time difference (11/27 Monday at Site Location, 11/26 Sunday at Level 10). Replaced old BE600M1 Battery Backup with new BE600M1 Battery Backup at Register 16 at Ross Store #497 (GPO). Could not upload deliverables due to being unable to check in and out of work order on Level 10 portal. Sent email to both Phil and Taime explaining situation, that work was completed, and to contact me (Bryant Bagiac) at (671) 646-2007 ext. 146 if they have any questions or concerns.
