Josef unable to open archive pst. pst is corrupt, proceeded to run scanpst to repair archive pst. advise Josef the repair will take some time to complete. Josef to monitor and test open the archive pst once repair is complete. Resolve issue with Joy's RDC to Saipan. Update SonicWALL port forwarding for Vanessa's remote access. Vanessa to test remote access on her laptop when she is off site.
