Gave Bill Liwag's user profile login to Anna. Set up Microsoft office and had emails start syncing. Advised Anna that Bill will have to sign in using local account instead of user profile because laptop is not on domain. Advised Anna that the laptop will have to be upgraded to Windows 11 Pro with upgrade key that DSI can quote them or Unitek can purchase themselves.
