Summary of Tasks

Remove 2 CPU, 12 DIMM, and 2 PCI Riser Cards from HP ProLiant DL360 G10. Proceed to clean contacts for 12 DIMM and 2 PCI Riser Cards. Proceed to get server to minimum configuration and test boot successfully. Proceed to reseat all removed components and power up the server successfully. Access RBSU and enter server serial number and product code. Access Intelligent Provisioning and ensured controller is detected. Access iLO configuration and proceed to reset iLO to factory settings. Per Dusit Thani, they do not have the original iLO information and will configure the iLO once they have found the configuration that is needed.

1 Deliver and install new systemboard on HP ProLiant DL360 G10 (S/N: MXQ81202XZ). Attempt to boot up server after installation but server does not boot up. No power to systemboard. Check 2 PSUs and confirmed PSUs have an active LED indicating power is received. Proceed to reseat all cables and hardware components. Issue persists. Systemboard does not provide any response or beep codes. Systemboard is DOA. Advised Park Place Tech and was advised that another systemboard will be shipped. Return trip to install to be scheduled. 2 Install new (2nd) systemboard. Systemboard still does not receive power. Contact Park Place Tech support and was advised another (3rd) systemboard and new PSU will be sent out. Another service call will be scheduled. Kevin Hsueh

3 Install new Systemboard, PSU and Front USB SFF Power/Insight Display. Server still does not boot up. Only PSU receives power. Worked with Park Place Tech backline to take server to the minimum configuration (1 processor, 1 DIMM, and 1 PSU) and attempt to boot. Issue still persists. Re-assemble and rack server. Park Place Tech backline advised they will be sending out a new chassis and parts. Kevin Hsueh
