Delivered Lenovo tiny workstation to J&B Modern Tech. Transfered 3 GB of Nel's user data to Nel's share drive. Could not complete set up due to monitor having not matching video cable ports from new Lenovo tiny workstation. Advised Nel to purchase a Display Port to VGA adapter to ensure her workstation can connect to her monitor.
Nel advised her church accounting computer is not working. Issue is workstation not detecting hard drive. Hard drive is bad, verified by reseating cables and checking BIOS. Does not detect in BIOS. Took back workstation and Nel advised she will purchase 500 GB SSD and drop it off at DSI office.
