Lynn reported unable to access CSI. No issue with main server or network seen. Proceed to restart GMPSRV (where CSI is hosted). Test access to CSI with Lynn after GMPSRV restart successful. Reminded Lynn to follow up with Rick Frank (software developer) to clean up old, unused files that are taking up large disk space on the server. Rick Frank mentioned in previous conversations that he needs to perform the clean up.
