Troubleshoot Mark Ruth's iPad. Reported issue Exchange email prompting password. Logged in to Mark Ruth's email on webmail with provided password. Was prompted to change password upon logging in. Changed password to desired password. Entered new password on iPad. Was able to log in to Exchange. Compared emails on iPad to webmail and sent test emails to verify the emails were synced. Advised Chona to advise Mark Ruth that he will need to enter the new password on all devices that have his Exchange email linked to them for him to access his emails on those devices.
