Jen Taylor: Jen advised that she is unable to see the "Show IMAP" message option on her Outlook per the instructions sent by DSI to show IMAP Messages. Perform a remote support session with Jen and noted that no mail folder was selected which results in the "Show IMAP" message option is not available. User did not click on a mail folder before searching for "Show IMAP" message option. Show Jen how to properly enable "Show IMAP" by selecting a mail folder first. Assisted Jen to apply "Show IMAP" setting to all mail folders. Issue due to user not clicking on a mail folder first as per the instructions. Confirmed with Jen no other issues need to be looked at.
Rose Morales: Rose reported she is unable to send out new emails from her Outlook client on her iPhone. Reply to emails work fine. Noted undeliverable message stated: "EAS Send Command Failed Code 120." Upon further research, this is a syncing issue on the iPhone iOS. Proceed to delete your account settings and reconfigure the account on your iPhone Outlook client. Subsequent emails sent out after the reconfiguration were successful. Issue caused by the Outlook client on the iPhone. Confirmed with Rose no other issues need to be troubleshooted.
